The role of the Interaction Designer is extremely important to our organization. As an Interaction designer at Eneza, you will get to collaborate with data scientists, learning designers, visual designers, and developers to create learning tools that are impactful, viable, and enjoyable for our learners. Our interaction designers are versed in human-centered designer and are our users’ loudest advocates.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Design and test virtual and physical experiences following human-centered principles.  
  2. Conduct user research to guide the improvement of our current products and develop new features or products.
  3. Collaborate with visual designers, learning designers, developers, business and data analysts to plan out the implementation of improvements and new initiatives.
  4. Use storytelling to communicate user insights and ideas to management and development teams.
  5. Research new and better ways to achieve Eneza’s mission and help shape its future.

Qualifications:

  1. Skilled designers who can develop and test digital prototypes at various level of fidelity.
  2. Researchers who are curious and believe in evidence-based decision making.
  3. Team players who communicate their thoughts proactively and effectively to promote collaboration.   
  4. Independent thinkers who can clearly articulate and defend their ideas with evidence.
  5. Lifelong learners who care about and take steps towards their personal and professional development.
  6. There is no minimum degree requirement, but candidates must be able to demonstrate 1 to 3 years of experience as an interaction or UX/UI designer
