We are looking for a Content Creator to digitize primary (Grade 4-8) and secondary curriculum to meet the standards of the Ministry of Education for a virtual platform.

Content Creators are hired as independent contractors to create concise and innovative types of learning materials suitable for specific cognitive levels of learners allocated by the Content Team at Eneza within set periods.

The Content creator answers directly to the Content Coordinator and Content Associates.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience as a teacher in the local education system; must currently be a teacher for the specified level.
2. Must have exceptional content knowledge in their subject area(s), deeply understanding students’ revision needs for national exams
3. Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili. Precise grammar and spelling are expected.
4. Computer proficient; must be able to use Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Spreadsheets.
5. Clear communication often is absolutely necessary
6. Must be a glutton for feedback and have extreme attention to detail
7. Must be passionate about working in the education sector/field
8. Must be in possession of a laptop to help in the editing process
9. Must be from Nairobi and its environs for easy coordination
